Relationships may be the most meaningful element in our lives. But the ability to have a healthy and loving relationship is not innate. Because of this, most of us have to work consciously to master the skills necessary to create change and make our relationships flourish. Whether it is communication issues or lack of intimacy, therapy can provide insight into the problematic habits that occur.
